Moving with Faith, Leading with courage
Welcome to Forward.
I started this community to remind every woman that her calling isn't just a dream, it's a directive. Together, we are building a legacy of purpose-driven leadership that starts in the heart and transforms the world.
Welcome to Forward.
I started this community to remind every woman that her calling isn’t just a dream - it’s a directive. Together, we are building a legacy of purpose - driven leadership that starts in the heart and transforms the world.
The Heart Behind the Movement
The vision for Forward grew from Antoinette’s deep calling to create a space where women could find community and purpose. For more than 15 years, she has served in leadership across church and ministry spaces, her corporate career, professional advisory boards, and initiatives focused on women.
Through her experiences, she has met so many women in leadership and positions of influence isolated in their journeys, shrinking from their calling, and dimming their light to exist. She knew there was a need for a place where women could connect and embrace all God has called them to be.
What began as a small idea in her journal is growing, one courageous step and one woman at a time.
“The most powerful women are not the ones with all the answers, they are the ones who have decided to answer their calling with faith and courage.”
~Antoinette
Philosophy
Lead with Faith
We believe that purposeful leadership begins with faith as the foundation that guides our path and the decisions we make along the journey.
Courageous Action
Courage is not the absence of fear, but the decision that something else is more important. We step forward in bold obedience.
Work To BECOME
We are dedicated to helping women become the greatest version of themselves so they confidently build what they were designed to carry.
